I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to write a few words about my desired program. This paper presents the Study Plan of Gazi Md. Shakhawat Hossain for Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. I have successfully completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program, Major in Management Studies from University of Barisal, Bangladesh in 17th December, 2017 with a CGPA of 3.90 out of 4.00. I was an active student among others, during my graduation studies very often involved in many curricular and co-curricular activities. In fact, I was up to the mark and honored in the top list of 210 students in my Business Studies Faculties. If observed by the meritorious effort I remain very competent and I have passed all the entrance tests conducted by the academic institutions of my education with high achievement and secured overall 1st class first position and faculty first with top scorer at whole Business faculty in my university. I did my final semester to internship project on Human Resource Management Practices and their relationship with selected outcomes within the Cement Manufacturing Company. While working on this project I found strong motivation in myself towards research in the area. After that I have prepared a research paper on Impact of Human Resource Management on Employee Attitudes and Behavior. At present, I am working as a guest lecturer at the Department of Bachelor of Business Administration in Barisal Institutes of Information Technology in Bangladesh.
I have always shown willingness and keen interest in my existing and subject matter. I am interested in business studies. Along with that, academics skill has been an important consideration to me and I have good understanding of them. I am interested in business studies because one has greater chance to explore a variety of subjects. Also it will polish my academic skills and will provide me opportunity to develop skill in the area of business that can be applied in many different situations. This is turning point of my carrier and I want to give it a great start and in that case I think this university is a very good choice for me. Its business administration faculty is a very popular program and is in accordance with my requirements
By fact, I am socially active person with friendly nature, a good communicator and I keep a keen view to the reality of life thus approach people with positives mind and attitudes and always proved to be the helpful with honest effort and true dedication. Besides that I always feel very joyous and fortunate to meet and great people belonging to different background and cultures. As such meetings are always important because proved to the beneficial in future also it makes things easy to cope weather studies in own country or outside the country.
I would like to apply for the Master degree in Human Resource Management in China because from my current job patterns and study ways and experience, past internship and my research project I come to know the vast practical applications of the research knowledge, this caught my attention and created thirst of knowledge in me to study my chosen courses. My motto is to work in an international field related Human Resource Management. Therefore I would I like to gain deeper theoretical and practical knowledge in starting and most innovating task. During my studies, with great hidden abilities in myself I will try to come up with the best of everything to accompany the professors and university colleagues in carrying out research and exploring for immense in the research field. After completion of Masters Studies I hope to be able to take part in maximizing my countries research project in such field to benefits its economy and enhance the living standards of my compatriots.
I believe that this Master’s Program will provide me with the chance to get to know with Human Resource Management courses and affiliates me dedicatedly to the organizations. I hope that I can gain more experience in dealing with situations, peoples, systems and demands which will be of a great help in my future career.
After getting the information from many renowned teachers, reading the books, watching the news, analyzing and observing the people of China, I am really impressed bit he way these individuals have proved themselves to be dedicated to their work and with true efforts they have set China as a successful example for other third world or developed countries. The fast growing economy, technological advancement and the global ranking education institutes of China with higher reputation makes a great aspiration to the students and professionals for the better career perspectives. Thus such kind of positivity has boosted my confidence further and I am highly satisfied with the decision I have taken. Moreover, China’s diverse cultural norms and values, the famous gentle hospitality of its people and Bangladesh-China all weather friendly relations since past to promote bilateral trade, acceptance and peace to both sides in great clarity make me feel. China Education system has a very good reputation and assures quality education. Also it’s a safe country with multicultural and welcoming environment.
This University is one of the top ranking universities in the China and its departments are one of the most highly ranked as well. Studying in such a first class subject is always my dream. I choose this program for its prestigious professors and stimulating atmosphere and sceneries.
During my previous study I always got an excellent grades and I always have keen interest in my study and I believe in myself . For this reason I have chosen this university because it fulfills all of my requirements and I am also fulfilling all of its minimum requirements for admission. All these reasons put together make China an ideal place for me to do my Master’s degree. I Mohammed Abdukadir Seid, I was born and grown in one of the least developing country Ethiopia, where more than half of its population is living in an abject poverty, earning less than a dollar daily adding fuel to the fire, the degree of literacy is one of the lowest in the world and ignorance is rampant in both urban and rural areas. All this and others have made my country to experience most and remain in the vicious of multifaceted socio- economic problems. The course focuses on socioeconomic insecurity and the underlying issues of poverty, vulnerability, and social exclusion. It explores the causes behind insecurity, its many faces, as well as the strategies and policies employed by states and civil society to address them. It also deals with social and economic policies that alleviate insecurity, and critically examines the currently dominant residual and targeted approaches to social security.
I have held several leadership positions over the past 8 years in Afar Region. I have worked as Dean of Samara University’s student office. This position gave me an opportunity to design proposals for resource mobilization, project implementation, and monitoring, evaluation and supervision of staff. I have also been Head of Department of Professional Education at Samara University, a position through which I was able to coordinate several initiatives, supervise and deal with partnership issues among other things. Moreover, I have been serving as a lecturer at Samara University since 2008. It gave me an opportunity to deliver capacity development trainings on Gender Based Violence. I have an experience of working with United Nations (UN) agencies, particularly with World Food programme (WFP) in various filed assessment, monitoring and evaluation, and community household surveillance works.
On the academic sphere, I am a holder of Master's Degree in Gender Studies. I was trained and certified as Trainer of Trainers (ToT) on life skill by the Ethiopian Ministry of Women and Children in delivering training on life skill and other gender relates issues.
The reason for choosing this specific Master Programmed comes from the fact that in the near future I would like to know more things regarding to Master in Social Work with Families and Children. I already got some ideas in my mind, but unfortunately until now I did not have the right knowledge and the right tools for putting them in practice and that is why I am well aware that this Master Programmed would be an excellent starting point for me.
Attending this specific Master’s Program will enable me to meet my academic and professional goals. This gives the programme a truly global character, and a great potential to respond to needs in skills development, teaching, research and employability in the area of social work with children and families. It will give me a first-hand experience of international scholarship that will help me develop the skill of working alongside people from different background. After accomplishing this program, I aspire to further my studies by doing a PhD to be a qualified researcher. It is my hope that this master’s program will open a path that will take me to success in my effort to be a successful academician and researcher. I have no doubt that the academic and life experience I will get by pursuing this Master will enable me to make better contribution in my profession.
I hope that the University will give me the opportunity to learn a great deal from research and academic staffs of Antwerp University. I would also hope to be able to take part in appropriate programmers of further education, should this be on offer.
