Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Note: Foreigner Physical Examination Record (one should have the P.E in the place appointed by the China embassy, Download the Form in pdf format, Download Adobe Reader) is required for applicants who plan to study for more than six months.

MBBS in English
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official certificate of high school graduation;
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript;
5. Foreigner Physical Examination Record;
6. A photocopy of English proficiency certificate (if any).

Bachelor's Degree Programs
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;

3. A photocopy of the official certificate of high school graduation;

6. A photocopy of HSK certificate (for Chinese-medium programs)/English proficiency certificate (if any, for English-medium programs).

Master's Degree Programs

Doctoral Degree Programs

Chinese Language Programs

Medical Advanced Training Programs
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;

3. A photocopy of the official diploma/certificate in medical major and the transcript, or the certification of work;
4. A photocopy of HSK certificate (for Chinese-medium programs)/English proficiency certificate (if any, for English-medium programs);
5. Foreigner Physical Examination Record (if study for more than six months).

Application Deadline
Undergraduate and Postgraduate: Aug. 10th.
Medical training and Chinese language study: any time.

Information on the participation of the graduates in China's National Examination for Qualified Doctors
Once graduated, the undergraduates and graduates under the majors of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Massage, Clinic Medicine, Clinic Medicine of Integration of T.C.M & W.M, Stomatology of Hebei Medical University can participate in China’s National Examination for Qualified Doctors in Hebei. One year’s clinical training in the hospitals of Hebei Medical University is needed before the Examination. Clinical training and examination are both in Shijiazhuang. Hebei Medical and Science University provides clinical training to those graduated international students charging fees equals to an undergraduate student. Help of enrollment and coach of the Examination is also provided.
