A Brief Introduction of Department of Electronics and Information Engineering
With its solid strength in teaching and research, the Department of Electronics and Information Engineering (EIE) of HUST ranks top among institutions in this field in China. EIE has more than 300 faculty members, including 1 academician of Chinese Academy of Science, 38 professors (18 of whom are PhD supervisors) and 50 associate professors. It offers programs with English instruction at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The State Teaching Base for Electrical Engineering and Electronics, with its first-rate advanced experiment equipments, is also located here.
