Brief Introduction
Night and Weekend Course
It starts every spring and autumn, with the minimum study period set as one semester. Classes are given at night or during weekends.
Curricular outline
The curricula are programmed either the same as the full-time course or readjusted according to the specific needs and requirements of students. The schedule of classes is set according to the students' needs and requirements and the tuitions vary according to the hours of study.
Beginner's Level
Lower-Level
- Eligible Candidates: Fresh Beginners
- Teaching Objective: Using Hanyu Pinyin (Chinese Phonetics) Skillfully, acquiring about 1,400 common Chinese words and phrases, and about 60 grammar points, mastering knowledge of the strokes, orders of strokes and parts of Chinese character, capable of communicating in Chinese in a daily life situation
Upper-Level
- Eligible Candidates:Those who have attained the objectives of lower level of Elementary Level.
- Teaching Objective: Acquiring about 2,800 words and phrases, attaining the reading speed at 170-180 wpm, capable of communicating successfully in normal learning and social situation.
Intermediate Level
Lower-Level
- Eligible Candidates: Those who have attained the objectives of Upper-Level of Elementary Level.
- Teaching Objective: Attaining level 3 or above on the HSK.
Upper-Level
- Eligible Candidates: Those who have attained the objectives of Lower-Level of Intermediate Level.
- Teaching Objectives: Attaining level 6 or above on the HSK.
Advance Level
Lower-Level
- Eligible Candidates: Those who have attained the objectives of Upper-Level of Intermediate Level.
- Teaching Objectives: Attaining level 8 or above on the HSK.
Upper-Level
- Eligible Candidates: Those who have attained the objectives of Lower-Level of Advanced Level.
- Teaching Objective: Attaining level 9 or above on the HSK.
