(1) You can pay the whole amount for your whole stay at ONE time; (2)You can also pay a room reservation fee of RMB 1000 in advance, and pay the remaining amount monthly. Monthly payment should be completed 25th -30th the month before. If you check-out before your scheduled date, the 1000 RMB fee and remainder of the month’s rent won’t be refunded.  
(3)If you stay longer than scheduled period, the extra days will be charged according to the favored student price .
