Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.
Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.
CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.
1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.
2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.
3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.
4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).
Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.
- Copy of passport or identity card
- One passport-sized photo
- Copy of the latest school certificate
- Copy of the latest school grade records
- Guardian's Letter by a Chinese sponsor, with evidence of the sponsors's identity
Entrance Examination
Applicant for Preparatory Program are exempted.
Undergraduate Applicants are required to sit for a written Entrance Examination and to be interviewed.
Level 6 HSK certificate (or above) holders are exempted from the Written Examination. Interview required.
BUCM Preparatory Program students on passing their Program Examination can enroll directly into Undergraduate Program.
