Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.
Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON’T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.
CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.
1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.
2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas could find payment details o use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.
3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.
4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials
Chinese Language Student:
1. High school graduates, graduate equivalent diploma, or above for long-term course
2. Health certificate
3. A copy of passport
MBBS in English:
1. Senior high school graduation diploma (Student expecting to graduate should provide an official letter starting expected graduation date), must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
2. Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present, including courses taken and standard achieved, must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
3. A photocopy of your valid passport (Passport type must be ordinary).
4. Health certificate.
Bachelor in Chinese Language and Literature:
1. an equivalent of China's high-school graduation certificate;
2. high school transcript;
3. health certificate;

4. a minimum requirement of HSK 3 certificate to prove your Chinese language ability;
5. a copy of passport
Bachelor's Degree Programs in Other Majors:
1. Senior high school graduation diploma (Student expecting to graduate should provide an official letter starting expected graduation date), must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
2. Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present, including courses taken and standard achieved, must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
3. A copy of your HSK report.
4. A photocopy of your valid passport (Passport type must be ordinary).
5. Health certificate
Master's Degree Programs:
1. Graduation certificate and Bachelor degree diploma (Student expecting to graduate should provide an official letter starting expected graduation date), must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
2. Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present, including courses taken and standard achieved , must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
3. Two recommendation letters from your referees. The referees should be professors or persons with relevant academic title. At least one of them should have knowledge of your recent academic work. The format of the recommendation letter must be original documents either in Chinese or English.
4. A copy of your HSK report.
5. One photocopy of your valid passport (passport type must be ordinary).
6. Health certificate

Doctor's Degree Programs:

2. above the age 18 and below the age of 35 and in good health
3. Must have attained a senior high school diploma or equivalent degree with good results
4. With an excellent command over English Language
5. Have a capability of adjusting to life
6. Obey the Chinese laws and university regulation during study period
7. Have a good financing support
Bachelor Degree Programs
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport
2. above the age 18 and below the age of 35 and in good health, must have attained a senior high school diploma
3. With an excellent command over Chinese Language
4. Have a capability of adjusting to life
5. Have the degree of preparatory or equivalent degree with good results
6. Obey the Chinese laws and university regulation during study period
7. Have a good financing support
Master's Degree Programs
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport;
2. under the age of 40
3. have attained a bachelor's degree
4. With an excellent command over Chinese Language
5. Have a capability of adjusting to life
6. Obey the Chinese laws and university regulation during study period
7. Have a good financing support
Doctoral Degree Programs
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport;
2. under the age of 45
3. have attained a master's degree

Application and Registration Date
Spring semester
Application: before 31st January (each year)
Registration: from 1st to 4th March (each year)
Autumn semester
Application: before 15th July (each year) for Medical programs
Application: before 15th June (each year) for other programs
Registration: from 1st to 4th September (each year)
Short-term language program
students can apply and start study at anytime according to their Chinese language proficiency.
