Type of House & Price
Building 11 for international students
International Student Apartment locates in Southeast corner of campus, 6 levels totally.
Each unit got private toilet, kitchen, living room, air conditioner, television, refrigerator, microwave, 201 telephone, wardrobe, safe box and hot water applied 24 hours. Also, each student can have one study desk and a lamp.
Our house-keeping staff will clean everyday and taking bedspread and sheets to wash. Front desk is on duty 24 hours, they also selling 201 telephone card, food and beverage. You also can ask them for laundry services (RMB 5/time).

Building 10: small hotel
Price:
Single Room: RMB 110 per person per day
Double Room: RMB 130 for 2 persons per day
Facilities:
air conditioner, private toilet with shower, carpet, telephone, TV, water heater and safe box
Laundry service: RMB 5 once
Notes:
1. It is preferable to pay charges for the entire period of time together with the tuition.
2. Students who would like to pay monthly are required to make the payments for accommodation from 1st to 5th every month. Any late payment from 6th to 10th will be surcharged 10% penalty, while late payment after 10th will be surcharged 20% penalty. 3. Accommodation fees need to be paid in the International Cooperation Department and are not refunded to those who check out before the due date.
Private renting
In order to help students find houses in the private sectors, we can also recommend some apartments and houses around the campus. (about 3mins walk). The owners of these apartments are all faculty or staff members of BIEM.
One bedroom apartment: RMB1900 per month
Two bedroom apartment: RMB 2500 per month
Three bedroom apartment: RMB3600 per month
You have to inform International Cooperation Department office after you change your address while you are studying at BIEM, so that we can reach you in time when you need help.
Food
There are lots of residential house for rent around our campus, student can rent it as well. We also has student restaurant; Lots of Chinese, Japanese, Korean and western restaurants outside campus as well.
