Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find  your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Qualification

1. Instruction language for General Advance Programs is Chinese or English.
2. Bachelor's Degree Programs are only taught in Chinese. Applicants should hold HSK 3 level certificate.
3. Master's Degree Programs are only taught in Chinese. Applicants should hold HSK 3 level certificate. Applicants should also submit two recommendation letters from associate professors or professors.
4. Doctoral Degree Programs are only taught in Chinese. Applicants should hold HSK 3 level certificate. Applicants should also submit two recommendation letters from professors.

Additional explanation: Applicants, who do not meet the above requirements, may be considered on an individual basis. They may be admitted as non-degree seeking students for one academic year. Those who pass the examinations held one year later will be automatically accepted as regular students. Those who fail will return to their home country as graduate students after completing some courses in a program.

Non-degree programs

1. One passport-sized photo
2. Photocopy of your private passport
3. A copy of final education certificate;
4. For half a year or more of study: health certificate by national hospital;
For less than half a year of study: no need for health certificate

Bachelor's Degree Program

1. Certificate of High School Graduate
2. Transcript of Academic Record
3. Photocopy of Passport
4. A passport size photo
5. Health Certificate and Blood Serum Examination Result
6. Certificate of HSK level 3 or above
7. The Transcripts of mathematics, physics, chemistry

Master's Degree Program

1. Photocopy of Bachelor Degree Diploma and Graduation Certificate
2. Transcript of Academic Record
3. Photocopy of Passport
4. A passport size photo
5. Health Certificate and Blood Serum Examination Result
