Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON’T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Chinese Language Program

1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. One passport-size photo;
3. The Secondary/High School Diploma ( copy )
4.Official copy of Secondary/High School Transcript;
5. If you are a student in one of China’s universities now please present a certificate agree your transfer from its office of international students.
6. Guardian’s Guarantee (For applicant under 18 years of age)

Bachelor's Degree Program

1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. One passport-size photo;
3. The Secondary/High School Diploma ( copy )
4.Official copy of Secondary/High School Transcript;
5. HSK test results (Not need for English taught programs);
6. If you are a student in one of China’s universities now please present a certificate agree your transfer from its office of international students.
7. Guardian’s Guarantee (For applicant under 18 years of age)

Master's Degree Programs

1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. One passport-size photo;
3. The bachelor's degree diploma or certificate( copy )
4. Official copy of academic transcript;
5. HSK test results (Not need for English taught programs);
6. Recommendation letters from two professors;
7. If you are a current student at one of China’s universities now please present a certificate agreeing to your transfer from its office of international students.
8. Guardian’s Guarantee (For applicant under 18 years of age)

Doctoral Degree Program

1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. One passport-size photo;
3. The master's degree diploma or certificate( copy )
4. Official copy of academic transcript;
5. HSK test results (Not need for English taught programs);
6. Recommendation letters from two professors;
7. If you are a current student at one of China’s universities now please present a certificate agreeing to your transfer from its office of international students.
