Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Undergraduates (Chinese medium)
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official certificate of high school diploma;
4. A photocopy of the transcript;
5. A photocopy of HSK certificate.

Undergraduates (English medium)
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official certificate of high school diploma;
4. A photocopy of the transcript.

Master degree candidates
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the Bachelor's Degree;
4. Recommendation letters from 2 university professors;
5. A photocopy of HSK certificate.

Doctoral degree candidates
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the Master Degree;
4. Recommendation letters from 2 university professors;
5. A photocopy of HSK certificate.

Refresher course students
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official certificate of high school diploma, or proof of medical practices experiences.

Clinical interns
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official certificate of undergraduate study or graduation diploma.

Short-term Chinese course
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo.
