Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON’T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials

For studies for bachelor's degree

1. Chinese or English notarized copy of high school graduation diploma.
2. Chinese or English notarized copy of high school score report cards.
3. A copy of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate.
4. Those for general advanced studies should also submit copies of their final academic certificate and corresponding original academic report.
5. A photocopy of the applicant's passport.
6. Passport-size photo.
7. Physical examination record for foreigner (Download).

For studies for Master's or Doctoral Degree

1. Application Essay (800 words or so in Chinese, regarding major of application and desired direction of study)
2. Chinese or English notarized copy of relevant graduation diplomas and degree diplomas (graduates without graduation diplomas can submit graduation certificates first).
3. Two recommendation letters from people with the academic title of associate professor or above.
4. A copy of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate.
5. A photocopy of the applicant's passport.
6. Passport-size photo.
7. Physical examination record for foreigner (Download).

Application Requirements of Medical Program for International Students

Bachelors Degree 
1) A photocopy of the pre-medical  (FSc.) certificate (translated into Chinese or English)
2) A photocopy of the official high school graduate certificate (translated into Chinese or English)
3) Official school transcripts (translated into Chinese or English)
4) Photocopies of parents' passport or identification documents
5) Financial guarantee letter from parents (in Chinese or English)
6) A photocopy of the applicant's passport
7) Passport-size photo
8) Physical examination record for foreigner (Download)

Masters Degree & Doctoral Degree
1) Applicants holding a master's degree or equivalent
2) Two letters of recommendation from two university professors
3) A statement of financial resources and status information
4) Official university/college transcripts
5) A photocopy of the applicant's passport
6) Passport-size photo
7) Physical examination record for foreigner (Download)
