• Tips:

1. Be sure to know the situation of all facilities of the room before check-in. Be sure if there is any problem for the electrical appliances, the hot water, the heating facility.
2. When you have chosen your room, you need to go to the Office for the check-in formality; pay the charges for accomodation; go to the service counter for paying the deposit and getting the key to the room.
3. Explain the reasons to the Office if you really need to change the room after check-in; give your reasons for the change of your room.
4. If you have your roommate, it is better for you to respect the individual religious belief and customs in life from each other(These might become the reasons for change of the room, but you many lose the opportunity of exchange for the other culture.).
5. Keep well the receipts of your room charges and the deposit. It would be in particular for the receipt of deposit in the amount of RMB 100 yuan for the room key and that of additional deposit in the amount of RMB 400 yuan for Buildings 3# and 4#. Otherwise, you will not be able to get back the deposit even if you have very good relations with the attendant.

1. After your movement each time, you must register in the local police office within 24 hours. Bring with you your passport when you go for the registration.
2. For change or extension of your visa validity, you need to go to the police office once more for registration.
