Why choose to study this program?
BUAA is one of the earliest universities in China which established Computer specialty. Computer software and theory of BUAA is the national key discipline. BUAA has considerable superiority in artificial intelligence, software engineering, architecture, virtual reality and multimedia technologies etc directions. It owns software development environment national key laboratory, the Ministry of Education virtual reality new technology key laboratory, and the Ministry of Education software on-line union R&D center etc research institutions. In addtion, BUAA built long-term cooperation relations with Microsoft, IBM, HP, Nokia, Motorola etc companies. Every year, at least 50 computer experts give lectures in BUAA.

Top↑Entry Requirements
- The Applicant should be expected to study hard, observe the laws and decrees of the Chinese government and abide by the regulations of BUAA.
- He/she must have a master's degree or have the equivalent educational background of a master's degree.
- In general, the applicant should be forty-five years of age or under.
- He/she must pass the entrance examination organized by the university.
- He/she must be proficient in English and able to take courses in English or in Chinese.
