Qingdao Binhai Univesity was initially established in 1992. In 1999, it was granted as a vocational college by the Ministry of Education of China.
Applicant who has passed HSK (band 6), is well-behaved, in good health , holding a certificate of High School and at the age of 18-45 may apply for admission to the corresponding classes according to his/her actual Chinese level. Those who apply for Business and management have to pass mathematics examination.
