Xi'an International Studies University is the only institution of higher learning to offer all major foreign languages in the northwest.
The School of Chinese Studies (SCS) by the University is exclusively responsible for enrollment of international students interested in learning Chinese language and China culture. Since 1980, the School has received 5,000 international students from 30 countries including USA, Japan, South Korea, UK, Australia, Russia, France, etc.
