Accommodation

In the Foreign Service Centre, where international students live, there are self-service kitchens, laundry rooms, one dinning hall and one shopping centre. 
International student dormitories feature single bathrooms, TVs, telephones, desks, wardrobes, 24-hour hot water equipment and internet service. 
The daily cost of the dormitory is RMB 32 to 40 per person (for a shared double room). 

Surroundings

SDNU is in the cultural district of Ji'nan city.  There are many supermarkets, banks and post-offices nearby.  The university has indoor and outdoor basketball courts, football fields, tennis courts, swimming pools etc.

Food and Meals

International students can use the communal kitchen or the restaurant.  The daily cost for food is RMB 20 to 30.  There are also Korean restaurants, Muslim restaurants, KFC, McDonald’s in addition to the fine Chinese restaurants near the university.
