All rooms are fully furnished and include individual bathrooms, internet access ports, telephones, TV(except 1st Floor) and air-conditioning in some rooms. You will also have a fully fitted kitchen, coin-operated laundry facilities, entertainment room and security service in the dormitory building. |

Notes
1) All fees are charged in RMB
2) Students may choose to live off campus. Note that international students must register at the local police station within 24 hours of moving into off-campus housing.
3) The tuition and accommodation fees are nonrefundable if a student withdraws from the program.
4) A term's fee applies when a student stays in the hall for over two months.
5) If a student stays in the dorm for less than one month, the student will be charged as follows:

Living Expenses
We estimate that a single student living in Guangzhou will need RMB 10,000-12,000 for living expenses annually in addition to the tuition and accommodation fees. This amount includes food, clothes, books, travel, etc.
