Top↑Entry Requirements

1. High school graduated;
2. HSK Band 3 (new HSK Band 4) for Science and/or Engineering studies, Band 6 (new HSK Band 5) for Liberal Arts, Economics and/or Management studies.
3. Those who do not have a HSK result can study for one year of Chinese language program at SCUT prior to their degree programs.

Top↑Application Materials

1. Health certificate
   Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months)
2. Photocopy of valid passport
   With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
3. Passport photo
   A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
4. Letter from Warrantor of Finance
   Photocopy of the financial support statement with signature
5. Certificate of HSK
   Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)
6. High school academic transcript
7. High school graduate certificate
   Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
8. Photocopies of personal artwork
   6 color pictures (Only required for applying for Fine Arts and Music)
9. A record of personal music work
   1 audio tape (Only required for applying for Fine Arts and Music)
10. Copy of article or papers published
    Articles or papers written or published (if any)
