Top↑Program Description

1. Period of Study

Students will have a full-time study for 4 years in China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.

2. Fees

• Application fee is 660 RMB per person;
• The tuition in the first year is 32,000 RMB, and 16,000 RMB per year in the next three years.
• Pre-pay tuition is 2000 RMB per person, which is included in the whole tuition fee.  

3. Application and Admission Time

Two times each year:

• Apply from March to June; the Admission Time is in September of the very year.
• Apply from September to December; the Admission Time is in March of the second year

4. Accommodations

Students will live in the International Students’ apartments arranged by the university, and the accomodation fee will be funded by themselves.

Top↑Entry Requirements

1. Applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen, be in good physical condition and moral character and observe the law and decrees of China as well as the rules and regulations of the university.
2. Applicant must have the equivalent education of the high school graduates of the People’s Republic of China, generally above the age of 18. (If he’s less than 18 years old, the student needs to submit the notarial certificate by his guardian in Beijing, otherwise will not be accepted.)
3. Applicant should be capable enough to accept the lessons taught in English.

1. Photocopy of valid passport
   With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
2. Passport photo
   A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
3. High school academic transcript
4. High school graduate certificate
   Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
5. A copy of the visa page with the date of entry into China
   The students without a visa need not submit.
6. Certificate of HSK level 5
