Perhaps the school international students in China most underestimate is Shandong University of Science and Technology. The school is located in Qingdao and is close to some of China’s best electronic technology enterprises such as Haier. The campus is China’s most modern and the school offers a huge range of subjects such as engineering, management, liberal arts, law, education and economics. The engineering college has risen into China’s top 50, and the school’s “robotic animal” research fully deserves its world-class standing. Courses taught in English include telecommunication engineering, chemical engineering and technology and mechatronic engineering.
