Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON’T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Non-degree Chinese Language Program
• One passport-sized photo;
• The copy of passport;
• Cerfiticate of employment or education; (both in English and Chinese)
• Certificate/diploma of highest education;
• Academic transcript of highest education; (both in English and Chinese)
• Resume (both in English and Chinese).

MBBS Program
• One passport-sized photo;
• A copy of passport;
• A copy of a high school diploma; (both in English and Chinese)
• High school academic transcript; (both in English and Chinese)
• Letter of guarantee;
• Extra curricular certificates; (good performance certificate in field of study, both in English and Chinese)
• Acknowledged contract form, for students living within campus of QDU.

Undergraduate Programs:
• One passport-sized photo;
• A copy of passport;
• A copy of a high school diploma; (both in English and Chinese)
• High school academic transcript; (both in English and Chinese)
• Resume; (both in English and Chinese)
• Cerfiticate of employment; (if applicable, both in English and Chinese)
• Band 3 or above certificate of HSK examination.

Graduate Programs:
• One passport-sized photo;
• A copy of passport;
• Bachelor's degree diploma; (both in English and Chinese)
• Undergraduate school transcript; (both in English and Chinese)
• Resume; (both in English and Chinese)
• Cerfiticate of employment; (if applicable, both in English and Chinese)
• Band 6 or above certificate of HSK examination;
• Two letters of recommendation.

Ph.D. Programs:
• One passport-sized photo;
• A copy of passport;
• Master's degree diploma; (both in English and Chinese)
• Postgraduate school transcript; (both in English and Chinese)
• Resume; (both in English and Chinese)
• Cerfiticate of employment; (if applicable, both in English and Chinese)
• Band 6 or above certificate of HSK examination;
• Two letters of recommendation.

Qualification

Chinese language Program
Applicants should be over 16 years old and in good health.

MBBS Program
Planned teaching period: six year
To be eligible for selection to the undergraduate medical course, a candidate should have:
1) Completed 17 years of age and Completed 10+2 years of education
2 ) "A" & "O" levels or Intermediate of Science or equivalent with English
3) Biology, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects and applicants must have passed in all the subjects mentioned above securing not less than 60%.

Undergraduate Program
1) Applicants should be over 18 years old and in good health.
2) High school graduate.
3) HSK 6 or above.

Graduate Program
1) Applicants should be over 18 years old and in good health.
2) Bachelor degree graduate.
3) HSK 6 or above.
4) Two recommendation letters from professor or associate professor in English or Chinese.

Ph.D. Program
1) Applicants should be over 18 years old and in good health.
2) Master degree graduate.
3) HSK 6 or above.
4) Two recommendation letters from professor or associate professor in English or Chinese.

Application Deadline
MBBS Program: March to June;
Undergraduate Program: July 20th;
Graduate Program: Sept. to May 15th;
Chinese language Program: Before July 20th for Autumn Semester and before Jan. 20th for Spring Semester
