1. Photocopy of valid passport
   With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
2. Passport photo
   A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
3. Cerfiticate of employment or education
   Students still at school should provide school attendance certificate, graduates who have a job providing working certificate. Certificate should be written in English and Chinese.
4. Resume
   Written in Chinese and in English

5. Certificate/diploma of highest education
   Graduation certificate in both English and Chinese and be certified by notarization.
6. Academic transcript of highest education
   Both in English and Chinese
