Except for meeting the credit requirements and successfully defended their dissertations, international students shall be conferred appropriate degrees by attaining HSK level-6 or new HSK level-5 (no less than a score of 180).

Applicants must be in possession of a postgraduate diploma with good health.

- Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
- Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
- High school academic transcript
- High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
- Two letters of recommendation
From professor or associate professor or equivalents
