Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.
Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.
CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.
1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.
2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.
3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.
4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).
Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.
1. Physical Examination Report of the students;
2. A valid Passport with X Visa;
3. The photocopy of the applicant's highest diploma;
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript;
5. One electronic passport photograph (size 3.5×3.5cm) with white background.

Semester
For Students for advanced studies of Chinese, undergraduate students, master course students, and doctor course students:
The first semester: from the beginning of September to next late January
The second semester: from the end of February to early July.
