Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

 
   

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.  (Download Foreigner Physical Examination Record Form in pdf format, Download Adobe Reader)

Bachelor's degree program in Chinese Language and Literature:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official high school graduate certificate (in Chinese or English);
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (in Chinese or English);
5. Foreigner Physical Examination Record.

 
   

Bachelor's degree program:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official high school graduate certificate (in Chinese or English);
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (in Chinese or English);
5. A photocopy of HSK test report;
6. Foreigner Physical Examination Record.

MBBS Program (in English):
1. A photocopy of the official high school graduate certificate (in Chinese or English)
2. A photocopy of the transcript (in Chinese or English)
3. A photocopy of English proficiency certificate (if any)
4. Photocopy of passport
5. One passport-sized photo
6. Foreigner Physical Examination Record.

Master's degree program:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official Bachelor's degree diploma (in Chinese or English);
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (in Chinese or English);
5. A photocopy of HSK test report;
6. Resume;
7. Two recommendation letters from whom with the titles higher than associate professors;
8. Photos of paintings, tapes of recording works or video works are required for applying majors in Arts;
9. Foreigner Physical Examination Record.

Long-term Language/Non-degree Program:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;

 

2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official high school graduate certificate (in Chinese or English).

Short-term Program:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo.

 

Qualification for Enrollment

General Requirement
Anyone who has an official health certificate, would obey the laws of the People's Republic of China and the regulations of Jiamusi University, and pays all the fees is qualified to enroll in the programs.

More Requirements for Programs

For Bachelor's degree program:
students should be high school graduates, have received with satisfactory grades and should at the age of 18 - 50. HSK 6 or above (not required for applying major in Chinese Language and Literature and MBBS in English).

For Master's degree program:
students should hold Bachelor's degree, have received with satisfactory grades and should at the age of 18 - 50. HSK 6 or above for applying majors in Liberal Arts and HSK 8 or above for applying majors in Science and Engineering.

 

For Long-term Language/Non-degree Program:
students should have received junior middle school education or high-school education and at the age of between 18 to 50.

For Short-term Program:
Students with the similar Chinese level are welcomed to come in groups with at least 5 students and they should not be at the age of between 18 to 50.

 

Application Deadline
for degree program: June 30 every year;
for Long-term Chinese program: Jan. 15 for Spring Semester, July 30 for Autumn Semester;
for the Short-Term training program: anytime.
