Product Processing and Preservation, focusing on the processing characteristic and the processing, the high-new technology and the processing equipment, the post-harvest preservation and the inner link between the post-harvest physiology and pathology.
The Product Circulation and Quality Control, focusing on the commercialization technology, the storage and transportation circulation technology of the post-harvest product, maintain the product the nutritional value at maximum limit and improve product exterior sense and organ characteristic.
