Top↑Program Description
Students are required to complete the curriculum within 2 years, fulfill the designated degree courses, complete the Master's thesis and defend it in front of a panel of experts. Graduates will receive a Graduation Certificate along with the Master's Degree Diploma.
When to apply:
Students should apply during March 16 to May 15.
Top↑Entry Requirements
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, in good health condition, of good virtue, and have attained Bachelor's degree.

- Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
- Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
- Undergraduate school transcript
- Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
- English proficiency test certificate
A good command of English, IELTS 6.0, Cambridge Advanced Level of above, or TOEFL 79 internet based, is required
- Two letters of recommendation
From different professor or associate professor or equivalents
- Application letter
- Resume
Written in Chinese or in English
- Study/research plan
Including study purpose, research interest and research plan in brief.
- Health certificate
Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months)
