Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

 

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.
(P.S.: Diploma and transcript should be photocopy of the original or notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation. And, you could Download Physical Examination Record in pdf format, Download Adobe Reader.)

MBA in English
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. An photocopy of official certificate of Bachelor diploma and degree;
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (with official seal);
5. CV;
6. Motivation letter (or personal statement);
7. Two recommendation letters (from your employer, and your professor);
8. Physical Examination Record.

Undergraduate Programs
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. An photocopy of official certificate of high school diploma;
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the high school transcript (with official seal);
5. A photocopy of HSK Certificate, Level 3 (or above);
6. Physical Examination Record.

Master's Degree Programs:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. An photocopy of official certificate of Bachelor diploma and degree;
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the Bachelor transcript (with official seal);
5. A photocopy of HSK Certificate, Level 3 (or above);
6. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors;
7. Physical Examination Record.

 

Doctoral Degree Programs:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. An photocopy of official certificate of Master diploma and degree;
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the Master transcript (with official seal);
5. A photocopy of HSK Certificate, Level 3 (or above);
6. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors;
7. Physical Examination Record.

Chinese Language Programs:
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. Physical Examination Record. 

 

 

Admission Requirements

MBA in English Student
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, be in good health, aged 18 or above.
The program may be conducted in English for a group of over 6 people and with following requirements:
1. Two year full- time working experience will be preferred or at least to have accelerated 2 year internship or part-time jobs;
2. IELTS 6.5 or TOFEL 80 (Internet-based) or GMAT will be preferred;
3. GPA 3.0 above;
4. Bachelor’s degree/diploma (English version) issued by accredited educational institution. No business major required if having working experiences.

Language Student
Applicants must be in good health and aged from 18 to 60.

Undergraduate Student
Applicants must hold a high school diploma, be in good health, aged 18 or above and with HSK level 3 or above. If the applicants are not proficient enough in Chinese to follow the program, one-year Chinese course can be arranged. To begin major study, HSK Certificate Level 3 is required.

Master's Degree Student
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, be in good health, aged 18 or above and with HSK level 3 or above. Most courses will be taught in Chinese. However, the program may be conducted in English for a group of over 6 people.

Doctoral Degree Student
Applicants must hold a master's degree, be in good health and with HSK level 3 or above. Most courses are taught in Chinese, a few in English.  

Application Deadline

English taught MBA:
31st May

Chinese Language Program:
Jan. 15th for Spring Term
July 31st for Autumn Term

Undergraduate Program:
June 30th

Postgraduate Program:
Jan. 15th for Spring Term
June 15th for Autumn Term
