Living outside

According to Item 30 in P. R. of China Exit-Entry Regulations for Foreigners, foreigners must register in local police station within 24 hours after living in local resident’s home. Anybody who does not register within three days will be fined.

You should go to local police station to register with
For tenants:
1. Passport and copy of passport (the page with picture)
2. One passport-sized photo
3. Contract
4. Security License (provided by the landlord)
5. Registration Form to Live Off-Campus from the University

For those who bought the apartment:
1. Passport and copy of passport (the page with picture)
2. One passport-sized photo
3. Registration Form to Live Off-Campus from theUniversity
4. Ownership license for the apartment and the copy

For those who live in relative or friend’s home:
1. Passport and copy of passport (the page with picture)
2. One passport-sized photo
3. Registration Form to Live Off-Campus from the University
4. Certificate on the relationship (provided by Office for Population from Outside, Wujiaochang Police Station )
