BLCU-Huaxia Scholarship and BLCU-Ping’an &Youyi Scholarship are co-founded by BLCU and Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd and Ping An Life Insurance Company of China respectively, aiming at supporting international students making rapid progress, performing decently and following disciplines.

2. Management

The International Department is in charge of daily management. Colleges, Departments or Graduate School where International students are studying in shall be responsible for preliminary assessment and recommendation.
