Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON’T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Requirement

1. At least 18 and below 60 years old (with exceptions)
2. At least high school-graduate
3. Physically and mentally fit

Application Materials

Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Language and Culture Courses

1. Certificate or Diploma of previous education
2. Clear copy of passport (personal details and photo page)
3. Copy of bank receipt of the Application Fee
4. Passport size colored photo (except for red background)
5. Resume (one page is enough) (for 1 semester or 1 year students)
6. Reference by someone other than a family member (for 1 semester or 1 year students)
7. Within one month of receiving the complete application, CIE office will send to qualified applicants a confirmation of a reserved placement in the program. An Admission Notice and JW202 form for visa application will be sent as well.
