Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.
Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.
CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.
1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.
2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas:Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.
3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.
4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Degree students and specialty-oriented visiting students must apply to us before June 30 for admission to the fall term .
Chinese language learners must apply to us before February 28 of each year for admission in the spring term, and before September 1 of each year for admission to the fall term.
The school year can be divided into three semesters. The summer semester commences from early September and ends at the end of September. The autumn semester begins from early October and ends at the end of January the following year, and then the winter vacation follows. The spring semester starts in the middle of February and ends in early July, and then the summer vacation starts.
Upon approval of the admission application, the University will mail a letter of admission and a Visa Application Form for the Study of Foreign Students in China, that is, Form JW 202. Students must use this form to apply for a visa to China at the embassy of China in their country and submit the letter of admission.
