The college has been enrolling international students since 1965. It is authorized as the first group of seven "National Bases for Teaching Chinese to international students" in 1989 and "Educational Base of Teaching Chinese Language and Culture" in 2000 respectively by the Ministry of Education and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council. Now more than 7000 international students from over 128 countries have had their learning here from undergraduate to doctoral level. Now there are 36 teachers in the college, including 4 professors, 15 assistant professors, 80% of teachers has overseas teaching experience.
Main Courses: Chinese speaking, Chinese listening, Chinese reading and writing, etc.
