English-Media Based Programs
NUAA offers English-Media Based Programs for International Students. The program uses the same course syllabus, follow the same requirements, and take the same homework and tests as Chinese speaking classes.
Best teachers (most of them have oversee degrees or teaching-abroad experiences) are assigned to these classes.
Note:
Although the program uses English as the class instruction language, the Chinese lessons are obligatory to all students of these programs. One reason is that all the Chinese undergraduates must learn a foreign language, e.g. English or Japanese, so the students of English-Media Based Programs must take some credits of Chinese lessons; more importantly, you should understand learning Chinese will make your 4-year life here easier and will bring you more opportunities in your future.
For the course work, students need to complete a total of 140 credits.
Micro-economics, Macroeconomics, Management Theory, International Trade Practice, International Finance, International Commercial Law, International Settlement, Business English, Cross-cultural Management, Business Communication, Business Negotiations, Project Management, Ecommerce, Marketing, Market Research and Forecast.
This program fosters professional talents who have profound business and management knowledge, and can engage in international business in integrated economic management departments, transnational corporations, various types of foreign trade enterprises and government agencies.
Normally, it will take four years for both course work and a graduation thesis to complete the requirement for a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
An applicant who either has graduated from a recognized high school or is on his/her junior year of high school can apply for admission.
