Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.
Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.
CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.
1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.
2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.
3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.
4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).
Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.
1. Certificate of attained highest academic achievement with official transcript (copies or notarized English or French Translation).
2. Application statement for BA program, MA program, Ph.D program should include study plan & aim in Chinese.
3. Letter from guardian, with Photocopy of his valid ID.
4. Photocopy of HSK certificate (degree program applicant).
5. Certificate of Physical Examination. Only those who will study in China at least one year. The Physical Examination Record should have the original blood test report, as well as HIV & Syphilis test report. Those who will study in China for 6 months or less are not required to submit the Physical Examination Record.
6. Photocopies of applicant's passport or other identification documents.

Before Dec 20 (only available for Language Program & Economics Program students. No enrollment for BA program, MA program students.)
Autumn Semester:
Before Jun 15 (includes language Program, Economics Program, BA
program, MA program students.)
Starting Dates
Spring Semester:
Late February or Early March (only available for Language Program & Economics Program students. No enrollment for BA program, MA program students.)
Autumn Semester:
Late August or Early September (based on School Calendar)
