18 to 30, Senior high school graduate with mark above B, HSK 6 level or above, and pass CUEB mathematics test in each early June

   HSK 6 level or above
2. Health certificate
   Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months)

3. Photocopy of valid passport
   With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
4. Passport photo
   A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
5. Study plan
   Including study plan & aim in Chinese
6. High school graduate certificate
   Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
7. High school academic transcript
8. Letter of guarantee
   The guardian should write out his/her name, nationality, occupation and address (if an organization acts as the guardian, reference to the organization should be made clear).
