Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas could find payment details o use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials

Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Applicants should have good moral character and obey the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and regulations of the university. Respect Chinese social customs and habits.

For Language Programs
1. One passport-sized photo;
2. Photocopy of passport;
3. Copy of high school graduation certificate;
4. Copy of high school transcripts;
5. Certificate of family finance support;
6. One copy of health examination record.

For Bachelor Programs
1. One passport-sized photo;
2. Photocopy of passport;
3. Copy of senior high school diploma;
4. Copy of senior high school academic record;
5. One copy of health examination record;
6. Certificate of family finance support;
7. Copy of HSK certificate for Chinese-taught programs or copy of English proficiency certificate for English-taught programs.

For Doctoral Programs
1. One passport-sized photo;
2. Photocopy of passport;
3. Copy of Master's degree diploma;
4. Copy of postgraduate academic record;
5. One copy of health examination record;
6. Certificate of family finance support;
7. Copy of HSK certificate for Chinese-taught programs or copy of English proficiency certificate for English-taught programs;
8. One recommendation letter by an expert.

Admission

The final decisions of admission are made upon application materials, examination record and health examination record. The Admission Letter will be sent out by the International Education Exchange College before August 15.

Upon the arrival of new students, the International Education Exchange College will help international students to get familiar with the university and the local city, instruct them how to deal with residence visa and open an account, and be responsible for other works relating to international students.
