Activities

Each semester, the Foreign Affairs Department organizes one-day trips for foreign students to tourist attractions such as the Forbidden City, the Great Wall.

The Foreign Affairs Department also organizes longer trips (2 or 3 days) for foreign students. Foreign students can go to another city which is either of historical, cultural significance.

And, The Foreign Affairs Department organizes parties for foreign students.

Extracurricular activities: sport ground, tennis courts, table tennis room and gymnasium are available for foreign students. The Foreign Affairs Department organizes many activities for foreign students each year, such as visiting the Great Wall and other places of interest. Parties are held for foreign students on each New Year's Day. In addition, CUC students' sports meetings, art festivals, and football matches are open to foreign students.


Medical care
With their student card, foreign students can go to the school hospital (at their own expense). Foreign students can also choose whichever hospital they would like to go for medical care.


Bank
At the North gate of the CUC, there is a "Agricultural Bank of China". There are also three ATM's on Campus.


Library
Foreign students can apply for a library card after the Foreign Affairs Department issues a Letter for them. Students pay RMB 200 as a deposit. For half a year library access, students pay RMB 50; for an annual card, students pay RMB 100.


Shopping
There is a big supermarket and three groceries on campus. Students can buy their daily necessities here.
