Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials

Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Degree Programs

• Academic diploma (in English): a photocopy of the applicant's latest academic diploma or certificate of university education;
• Academic record (in English): a photocopy of the transcript;
• Two reference letter (Master's Degree Programs and Doctorate Programs)
• A passport size photo;
• A photocopy of the examination certificate of Chinese Language HSK
• Photocopy of passport

Chinese Language Program

• A passport size photo;
• Photocopy of passport

Application Qualification

Chinese Language Study

Individuals:
1. Applicants should be between the age of 18 to 45.
2. Applicants for Chinese study should complete the Guarantee Letter.
3. Pay the Registration Fee of 400 RMB per person.
4. The students, who study at CUC must arrange accidental insurance and medical insurance.
5. We shall respond within 30 days after receiving the application.

Note:
CUC will help students with visa application procedures and medical examination, only if students arrive during the registration period. Otherwise, students will need to handle this themselves.

Groups (Short Term Study):

1. Applicants should be between the age of 18 to 45.

2. To apply for Short Term Study contact the staff of CUCAS.
3. The students, who study at CUC must arrange accidental insurance and medical insurance.
4. We shall respond within 30 days after receiving the application.
5. The Registration Fee of 200 RMB per person.

Bachelor Degree

1. Applicants should be below the age of 30.
2. Applicants for Bachelor Degree Study should complete the Warranty and provide the copy paper of certificate of completion of senior high school studies, transcript and the English version that has been notarized and the examination certificate of Chinese Language HSK grade 6 (We will check the original and keep the copy).
3. Pay the registration fee of 400 RMB per person.
4. The students, who study at CUC must arrange accidental insurance and medical insurance.
5. We shall respond within 30 days after receiving the application.

Master Degree

1. Applicants should be below the age of 35.
2. Applicants for Master Degree Study should complete the Warranty and provide the copy paper of Bachelor's Degree diploma, transcript and the English version that has been notarized, at least two recommendation letters (the original) issued by associate professors or above and the examination certificate of Chinese Language HSK grade 8 (We will check the original and keep the copy).
3. Pay the registration fee of 400 RMB per person.
4. The students, who study at CUC must arrange accidental insurance and medical insurance.
5. We shall respond within 30 days after receiving the application.

Doctorate Degree

1. Applicants should be below the age of 40.
2. Applicants for Doctorate Degree Study should complete the Warranty and provide the copy paper of Master's Degree diploma, transcript and the English version that has been notarized, at least two recommendation letters (the original) issued by associate professors or above and the examination certificate of Chinese Language HSK grade 8 (We will check the original and keep the copy).
3. Pay the Registration Fee of 400 RMB per person.
4. The students, who study at CUC must arrange accidental insurance and medical insurance.
5. The Foreign Affairs Department shall respond within 30 days after receiving the application.
