Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Undergraduate Program
(1) Copy of the graduation certificate of senior middle school
(2) HSK certificate (not need if apply for clinical medicine, the medicine taught in English need to supply the proof of IELTS score reaches 6.0 or TOEFL score reaches 82.)
(3) Mark sheet
(4) One passport-sized photo
(5) Photocopies of passport
(6) Certificate of no criminal record

Master's Degree Program
(1) HSK certificate (not need if apply for clinical medicine, the medicine taught in English need to supply the proof of IELTS score reaches 6.0 or TOEFL score reaches 82.)
(2) One passport-sized photo
(3) Photocopies of passport
(4) Copy of Bachelor's Graduation Certificate
(5) Copy of Bachelor's Degree Certificate
(6) Mark sheet
(7) Certificate of no criminal record

Doctorate Programs
(1) Copy of Master's Graduation Certificate
(2) Copy of Master's Degree Certificate
(3) Mark sheet

Entry requirements

Applicants are required to have the following qualifications for the specified courses or programs:

I. Chinese Language Programs:
Applicants should be in good health with the age between 18—60. No limit on Chinese language ability.

II. UndergraduatePrograms:
Applicants should graduate from a high school, be in good health. Those who apply for Science and /or Engineering studies and have passed the level-3 HSK or above, and who apply for Liberal Arts studies and have passed the level-5 HSK or above can directly start their study in the relevant schools. Those who have failed to pass the HSK can first apply for study in the Chinese Language Programs for a full year or half year in ZZU before their major studies.

III. Master Programs:
Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree, be in good health. Those who apply for Science and /or Engineering studies and have passed the level-5 HSK or above, and who apply for Liberal Arts studies and have passed the level-7 HSK or above can directly start their study in the relevant schools. Those who have failed to pass the HSK can first apply for study in the Chinese Language Programs for a full year or half year in ZZU before their major studies.

IV. Doctor Programs:
Applicants should have a Master's Degree, be in good health. Those who apply for Science and /or Engineering studies and have passed the level-5 HSK or above, and who apply for Liberal Arts studies and have passed the level-7 HSK or above can directly start their study in the relevant schools. Those who have failed to pass the HSK can first apply for study in the Chinese Language Program for a full year or half year in ZZU before their major studies.

V. Programs instructed in English (Medicine Majors):
Possess relative academic foundation, be good in condition, come from the English-speaking countries, or IELTS score reaches 6.0 or TOEFL score reaches 82.
