Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Courses for the examination: Synthesis of TCM, Basic Theories of TCM and relevant specialty

Notes: Those who has passed HSK-6 can directly take the interview

Doctoral Program: the beginning of every September

Master's Program: the beginning of every September

Undergraduate Program: the beginning of every September

TCM Short-term Training Program: the second Monday of every month

Training Program of Chinese National Medical Qualification Examination: every January and June

Chinese Language program: the beginning of September and the middle of March

At the end of August, new students are expected to report to the university and get registered, including handing in the tuition, get textbooks, going through necessary procedures.

At the beginning of every semester, there will be a special week to guide new students to get to know the university, teaching arrangement, relevant regulations of the university and China's laws and so on. During the week, new students can take time to take health examination.

Diploma certificate

I. Undergraduate graduation diplomas authorized by the State Education Bureau will be issued to those who have completed all the required courses of the undergraduate program and passed the examinations. Medical bachelor's degree will be conferred on those who meet the requirements stipulated in the Regulations of the Academic Degree of PRC. Study certificates will be issued to auditors or those who have failed in examinations.

II. Postgraduate/doctoral graduation diplomas authorized by the State Education Bureau will be issued to those who have obtained necessary credits required by the postgraduate/doctoral program and passed their dissertational defense. Medical master's or doctoral degree will be conferred on those who meet the requirements stipulated in the Regulations of the Academic Degree of PRC.

III. Study Certificates or Advanced Study Certificates will be issued to those who have completed their short-term study and passed the examinations.
