Top↑Program Description
There is a 4-year undergraduate Chinese program for beginners. The first two years are for general Chinese courses, and the second two years are for specialized courses. Enrollment is available in March and September, and the students who transfer from other schools are also acceptable.

- High school diploma or its equivalent

- Certificate of HSK level 3 or above
- Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
- Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
- High school academic transcript
- High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
- Health certificate
Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months)
