Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

Chinese Language Program
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
Note: Study period, curriculum and activities are flexible, and we will meet your requests in accordance with the requirements of students and teams.

Bachelor Degree Porgrams
1) A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2) Passport-size photo;
3) High school graduation certificate or notarized copy (in Chinese or English);
4) This year's high school graduates are expected to show anticipated graduates proof, and show the high school certificate after admission;
5) High school transcripts of all courses or notarized copy (in Chinese or English);
6) Students whose native language is not English should provide proof of English proficiency (majors offered in English);
7) HSK level certificate and the transcript or the copy (majors offered in Chinese);
8) Art works for applying Arts majors.

General or Advanced Study Programs
1) A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2) Passport-size photo;
3) Highest school graduation certificate or notarized copy (in Chinese or English);
4) The transcript of undergraduate or graduate course;
5) Personal study plan.

Note:
1) HSK is an internationally recognized Chinese language proficiency test.
2) There are two terms in an academic year. Generally, the first term starts from early September and the second term starts from late February.
3) Applicants applying for Architectures, City Construction Planning and Digital Media Technology should have some basic skills of arts and painting, abilities of aesthetic appreciation and affective thinking. Otherwise, students will encounter difficulties and it is difficult to complete their studies.
