Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online

Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.

Application Fee

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.

1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.

2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.

4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).

Application Materials

Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.

The bachelor's Program
1) A passport size photocopy
2) One photocopy of your valid passport.(passport type must be ordinary)
3) The originals or notarized copies of CV
4) High school graduation diploma.
5) Latest academic record
6) A copy of Certificate of Chinese Proficiency in Chinese HSK-6 prior to enrollment at the University. Any applicant not meeting this requirement must take one year of Chinese language courses to achieve proficiency before enrollment into the degree program.
7) Health certificate

Postgraduate Program
1) A passport size photocopy
2) One photocopy of your valid passport.(passport type must be ordinary)
3) The originals or notarized copies of CV
4) Latest academic record
5) Certification of relevant work experience for those who have equivalent degrees
6) Certification of the highest degree attained
7) A copy of Certificate of Chinese Proficiency in Chinese HSK-6 prior to enrollment at the University. Any applicant not meeting this requirement must take one year of Chinese language courses to achieve proficiency before enrollment into the degree program
8) Health certificate

Short-Term Training Program
1) Photocopies of passport (front cover, and pages containing passport id and personal information)
2) A passport size photocopy
3) The originals or notarized copies of CV
4) The Highest Educational Level Diploma
5) The highest academic record or certificate of work experience
6) Two letters of recommendation provided by lecturers or professionals of equivalent or higher titles
7) Health certificate

Application Qualification

i. hold a passport of countries or regions other than Chinese mainland;
ii. abide by Chinese laws and school regulations, and respect Chinese customs;
iii. demonstrate proficiency in Chinese HSK-6 prior to enrollment at the University. Any applicant not meeting this requirement must take one year of Chinese language courses to achieve proficiency before enrollment into any degree program.
iv. have a high school diploma when applying for Bachelor's program, or Bachelor's or higher degree of Medicine when applying for Master's program.
