Top↑Entry Requirements

An applicant should have associate degree or higher diploma, or have one year or more of medical experience.

An applicant should submit the following documents in Chinese or English language

1. Copies of CV
2. Copy of high school graduation certificate of higher diploma
3. Copy of academic record or certificate of work experience
4. Two letters of recommendation provided by lecturers or professionals of equivalent or higher titles
5. Copy of passport or Hong Kong / Macao / Taiwan laissez-passer
6. One passport-sized photo

Top↑Application Materials

1. Health certificate
   Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months)
2. Photocopy of valid passport
   With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
3. Passport photo
   A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
4. Certificate/diploma of highest education
   Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
5. Academic transcript of highest education
6. Letter of recommendation
   From professor or associate professor or equivalents
7. Resume
   Written in Chinese or in English
