Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.
Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE CUCAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.
CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.
1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.
2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.
3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.
4. Western Union: CUCAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).
Application Materials
Make sure that you have prepared for the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments when applying.
Notice
1. All certificates presented in the application should be in Chinese or English.
2. Application materials and fees are nonrefundable, whether or not the applicants are accepted by the university.
3. Applicants who will study for more than 6 months in China should have medical examinations in a hospital appointed by the Embassy or Consulate of the People's Republic of China and submit Foreigner Physical Examination Record (Download the Form in pdf format, Download Adobe Reader).
Language Programs
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the official certificate of your highest education;
4. Foreigner Physical Examination Record (if study for more than 6 months).

Bachelor's Degree Programs
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of the certificate of senior high school graduates or equivalent;
4. A photocopy of the transcript;
5. A photocopy of HSK certificate (for Chinese-medium programs)/English proficiency certificate (if any, for English-medium program);
6. Foreigner Physical Examination Record.
Master's Degree Programs
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of Bachelor's Degree diploma (or equivalent) or above;
4. A photocopy of the transcript;
5. A photocopy of HSK certificate;
6. Foreigner Physical Examination Record.
Doctoral Degree Programs
1. A photocopy of the applicant's passport;
2. Passport-size photo;
3. A photocopy of Master's Degree diploma (or equivalent) or above;
4. A photocopy of the transcript;
5. A photocopy of HSK certificate;
6. Foreigner Physical Examination Record.
Entry Requirements
All applicants should be at least 17 years of age and in good health.
Language Student
A. Long-term Chinese Coures: have attain the middle school diploma or equivalent or above.
B. Short-term Chinese Course: have attain the middle school diploma or equivalent or above.
C. Vacation Chinese Course: student in middle school or graduates or above.
Bachelor's Degree Programs
1. senior high school graduates or equivalent.
2. HSK 3
3. Pass the entry exam.
Note: Credits transferring is possible for student studying Bachelor's degree program in other university. Please submit the transcript.
Master's Degree Programs
1. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or above.
2. HSK 5
3. Pass the entry exam.

Certificate
1. Undergraduate and graduate students will receive a diploma upon passing all examinations and completions of all courses and will be presented a degree in accordance with the Academic Credential Regulations of the People's Republic of China.
2. Non-degree students will receive a certificate upon finishing their coursework.
