Reading speed: no slower than 100 words/minute; Comprehension accuracy: above 90% (comprehension of the main content and details); When reading similar short essays which includes 1% new words but without crucial grammar items, your reading speed should be no slower than 80 words/minute with over 80% comprehension accuracy. Capable of understanding ordinary notes, announcements, simple sheets and common schedules.
